What do adult leaders do?
Becoming an adult leader is a very rewarding experience. Leaders work directly with the girls, helping them to enjoy and get the most out of their time in guiding.

Adult leaders work within units as part of a small team of other adults and young leaders to plan and run activities based on the section programmes. They are also part of bigger county and division teams, which provides an excellent way to gain support, new activity ideas and meet other people.

To become an adult leader you are required to:
  • Be between 18 and 65
  • Complete a full DBS check
  • Have lots of enthusiasm

If you would like to become and adult leader with Tees West please register your interest. If you don't want to become an adult leader, but still want to help out there are lots of support roles you can help out with. Speak to one of our units or contact us for more information.
